Although the measurement was fine for around her neck , it was too small to go over her head. I won't return it as I would have to pay for the postage. Maybe it will fit another dog at the training class we go to.

We have always used the type of “semi-choke” collar on all of our dogs (11 over the last 20 years). They are easy to slide on, but with a lead attached they tighten up to the same size as a standard collar. These wash up easily as well and look like new.
