It's advised that dogs under 12 months don't jump or weave due to their growing joints and bones. Hurdle jumps and hoop jumps can be lowered down to ground level for your puppy to walk over, learning the skill and commands of the jumps, ready for when they are fully grown. This also helps get them used to the equipment, so they aren't frightened of it as they age.
