It seems to calm the cats a nit

In a multi-cat household, there is always need for a bit of calm. If ever one of my tribe are acting a bit stressed out, I give them 1 or 2 treats and they do relax. They absolutely love them too, so be prepared for the begging. ;-)

We've tried numerous things for my cat including the famous Feliway. Nothing works but this brand, whether it be the treats or the pipettes.
Absolutely works a treat!

Below are some recent questions we've received regarding Beaphar Calming Cat Treats, including answers from our team.
Judith Bonner
Hi our cat suffers Feline IBS and is on single protein diet She usually has turkey and grain free as this does not seem to irritate her. Will these be suitable?
If your cat has IBS and has a special diet for this then it is recommended to avoid any changes to the diet wherever possible. If you need a calmer for your pet then it is advised to use a spray/diffuser calmer instead, like Pet Remedy or Feliway.
Twinkles
My cat is diabetic are these safe to give to a cat on insulin?
This product is herbal so should not make much difference to your cats diabetes. However any addition to the diet can affect your cats insulin requirements. I recommend using a spray or diffuser instead as this will not affect the diabetes. Pet Remedy or Feliway are good choices.

Hi
It states on the packet to give two treats per day does this mean just two little kibbles of treat is the full daily dosage?
Thanks
Below is the dosing guidelines as stated by Beaphar, this should answer your question:
For on-going results, give cats two treats per day. Alternatively, the
treats can be given up to 1½ hours before a potentially stressful
situation. Treats can be given at 3-hourly intervals across the day. Give no more than 6 treats each day.

My Birbaby Pookie has feline OCD. I use the spot on of this product and it works very very well. What exactly is in the treats? Are they also valerian and lavender based?
Hi Julie,
Beaphar Calming Cat Treats contain Valerian, Hop Flowers and the herb Melissa. These natural alternatives to pharmaceuticals promote relaxation, relieve anxiety and restore calmness during stressful situations.
I hope this answers your question.
