Fenton the Labrador became an internet sensation after he was let off his dog collar and lead and chased a group of deer in Richmond Park, London.

The video, which shows his owner running after him shouting "Fenton" and swearing has been viewed over three million times.

However, his owner, who was recently identified as editorial consultant Max Findlay, has said he wants to "move on".

He said: "I don’t really want to add anything to the zillions of words already out there. I'd rather just leave the story where it is and move on."

Mr Findlay is now thought to be facing a potential investigation by Royal Parks for not keeping his dog under control.

Since the incident, there has been a number of spoof videos made, as well as a range of T-shirts and ringtones. It has also been remixed into a track by the Hoxton’s, which is said to be contender for the Christmas number one.
