Dancer reveals how her pooch needed pet meds

Wednesday, 8th June 2011

US dancer and singer Julianne Hough has revealed how her pooch needed to be given pet meds over the weekend (June 4th and 5th).

The 22-year-old, who is best known for her appearances on Dancing With the Stars, revealed that she and her TV presenter beau Ryan Seacrest had to rush to the vets with their King Charles Spaniel Lexi during the night.

Writing on his Twitter account, Seacrest wrote: "One of the dogs is sick ... so much so we are waking up to drive to emergency animal hospital in pj's."

However, Hough revealed that everything was fine, tweeting: "All is well in Lexi land! Thanks for all of your sweet messages! It means the world! Xoxo."

Seacrest revealed that Lexi had been suffering from a upset stomach.

Another celebrity who recently had to rush her pooch to the vets was Kelly Osbourne, whose pup had eaten a pack of chewing gum. She also revealed that her pooch recovered, but added that the confectionary is now banned from her home.
