Model pleas for safe return of pet dog

Model Paula Hamilton has not been able to feed dog food to her Jack Russell-Sausage dog cross as the animal went missing on Tuesday (October 11th).

The 50-year-old has made a plea for the animal to be returned as she believes it was stolen from her home in Farnham Common, Buckinghamshire, reports the Daily Express.

She told the news provider: "It's so traumatic, I'm feeling sick. I can't bear to be without him, he's my best mate.

"I reckon someone came walking past ... and called him over. Huckleberry is such a friendly and happy dog so he would have gone over to them."

Hamilton added that Huckleberry is microchipped so she has been calling a number of vets and Battersea Dogs Home. She explained that she is not married and does not have children, so the dog is "family".

The model is best known for her appearance on the 1987 Volkswagen Golf TV advert Changes, in which she was made up to look like Diana, Princess of Wales.

More recently, she appeared as a judge on Britain's Next Top Model.
