An artist from Brighton is helping support Battersea Dogs & Cats home by donating £75 to the charity for each piece of work she sells.
Kelly Sweeney is supporting the Staffies Softer Than You Think campaign. She has created a number of limited edition prints of her own Staffie, Bentley, who died in 2010.
For every piece sold, she will donate £75 to Battersea. The money raised will help to support the many Staffordshire Bull Terriers cared for by the charity, with items such as dog food and toys.
A statement from Battersea said: "Sadly Bentley passed away in 2010; but Kelly still has beautiful memories of the good times she shared with him. She values the work we at Battersea are doing to change misconceptions of the Staffie breed, and to show them as the wonderful, gentle dogs that they actually are."
The prints by Ms Sweeney cost £200 and show Bentley’s cheeky and fun character. They are available to buy from www.culturelabel.com/shop/kelly-sweeney.
