The 23rd annual Pedigree and Whiskas Pet Show is set to be held in Dubai next month, it has been revealed.
The non-profit event is returning to the United Arab Emirates once more as both brands showcase their goods for the upcoming year, while there will also be a range of animal shows and stalls offering goods for pet owners.
Rahmah Al Wazir, from Mars Pet care division, the firm which owns both Pedigree and Whiskas, claimed the events new venue, The Sevens, will be able to house even more than before.
He said: "Since the pet show's beginning, it has been growing in terms of number of visitors, pets, and activities.
"The Sevens was an ideal location due to its popularity, size, and grass arena with plenty of shaded areas and a convenient spot for family picnics and pets' comfort."
Last year's event attracted over 30,000 visitors and raised significant funds for animal charities K9 Friends and Sharjah Cat & Dog Shelter.
