We would suggest "Harrison's Adult Lifetime Coarse" as the diet. It is much better for him/her than a seed mix. You need to introduce it gradually, slowly withdrawing the present food and using hunger to get him to change. Most African Greys tend not to be keen to give up their usual food. You can give a little fruit in future, though you do not need to.
