How long after application is it safe to allow my cat to go out in the rain or prevent him getting wet/.
There is nothing in the datasheet that specifically advised on this. It would be sensible to ensure the product is completely dried before exposure to an event where it could be washed off. This may take a few hours.
For a definitive answer we recommend contacting your prescribing vet.

Does Nexgard Combo cover all the main parasites my cats are likely to encounter?

This product is licensed to protect against fleas, ticks, mites, roundworms and tapeworms. This means it does cover all the main parasites concerning cats within the UK. According to the datasheet the minimum treatmentinterval is 4 weeks, and so it is likely your vet will advise monthly dosing.

I’ve just adopted an elderly cat who has ear mites. My vet suggested your chew product but I’ve read your literature and think Combo would be easier and better as it just needs dropping on her neck. Please let me know which is the most effective product. Thank you
NexGard Combo Spot On does treat ear mites. There is no 'chew' or tablet version for cats so I am unsure of what other product you are referring to. Spot on products like this tend to be the easiest way to treat ear mites.
