Absolutely too small for anything other than a hamster. Meshed the lid for my hamster and it’s now perfect for him (lid bars too wide for a hamster as it’s marketed for a rabbit/guinea pig - please don’t put one of these in it)

The cage arrived with a crack on the Perspex top. This had been a replacement for a previous cage which had been completely broken. The integrity of the cage however was adequate. I had mentioned that the care of the cage in transit needed attention and this was sorted although, as said above, the upper part was still cracked. The cage is adequate for purpose.

NOT BIG ENOUGH FOR GUINEA PIG OR RABBIT.
Purchased two of these, one for a rescue roborovski hamster and one for a rescue female Syrian hamster. Our little roborovski loves his home, it provides ample height for a large wheel and space for sand box and many enrichment activities. He is content in here.
Our Syrian was not happy. Where the hay tray is meant to slot in there are square hold areas in the cage tray... Perfect for a desperate Syrian to chew madly and try to escape (search on Google...it's very common). We ended up blocking the end off with a massive brick to stop her as given another night she'd have been through the plastic! Also the hole where the water bottle goes... They will chew at that to escape also. It's unfortunate as it's a fantastic size cage but to be fair, for the price it's very basic and doesn't even include a wafer bottle. I'd recommend getting an IKEA detolf glass cabinet for a Syrian and converting it, not this as it was an expensive mistake.
I feel £50 would be a fairer price for a cage so basic.

Great cage and perfect for a Syrian hamster if the lid is meshed. Definitely not suitable for guinea pigs and rabbits but great for hamsters. The water bottle holder is a little bit tricky so I’ll have to get a a free standing one. But great overall.
