Harrisons premier isn't cheap but it is excellent quality. It has everything your parrot needs, seeds, nuts, fruit and vegetables and the birds love it. In fat if I try to feed my macaw any other parrot seed she picks up her bowl and throws it at me. So whilst it may cost a bit more to buy you save in the long run. Less waste, less vet bills and a happy healthy parrot
