I want to use this product but i have a house rabbit who likes to throw herself up against the skirting boards when shes happy. Ime worried if she rolls on the skirting then washes herself the flea spray may be on her fur then she will groom herself & it may poison her?. Ive had the council in to spray but it hasnt worked :0(

You should keep the rabbit out of the room for a few hours after first spraying. After that, the residue is not that easy to remove and the amount your rabbit could pick up would be way below any sort of toxic level in my opinion. I think you will be perfectly safe to use Staykill in this way.

is staykil safe around young children? if so, how long after it has been applied.

Richard Spratley
  • Web Developer

It is suitable for use in a house with young children although they should be kept away when it is being applied. The room being treated should be shut off after treatment for 30 - 60 minutes. Afterwards the room should be aired for up to 30 minutes. Once you have aired the room, and after checking that the spray has fully dried on the sprayed surfaces, it is safe for children and pets to return to the room.

How long should you wait after spraying to letting the animals back in?

I need to know when it is safe to let the animals back into the room that I have just sprayed.

Once you have used the Spraykill on the required areas it should be left to settle for 30 minutes. You then need to air the room. Once the spray is dry to the touch, usually after 30 minutes of airing, pets and children are safe around it.
