My two cats have been on this food for a while and were also on a diet to help them lose weight. They are both the perfect weight now and love the food, highly recommend a bigger back as can reseal it.

I started feeding Specific Senior wet food to my 9-year-old cat as he was beginning to suffer constipation on his usual, highly digestible sensitivity diet. Specific Senior supposedly contains more fibre than average to keep the bowels moving, and switching to it - slowly - did result in my cat producing notably more (and smellier!) poo. I now feed him the sensitivity diet for two of his daily meals and half an alutray of Specific for the third meal. He is a very fussy eater but he always finishes his portion of this, so it must be very palatable.

I bought this for my cat, Bunny, who is a particularly fussy eater. However, she seems to enjoy this, which I bought so that she would be eating a good quality cat food that would be good for her. I do find, though, that she prefers it if the tray has been warmed through.
I also bought the dry cat food, but Bunny did not take to this. It is no comment on the food itself, it is Bunny being too fussy again.
