The SoloRake from Solo Groom is a unique, double headed grooming rake. As you comb a horse’s mane or tail, the rake easily removes hair. ideal for shaping, finishing, thinning and creating a hand stripped look. Rounded tooth combs lift coat evenly for clipping and scissoring, removing tangles and dead undercoat. Also suitable for sorting our fur on dogs and cats.

Bought this product to thin my cob's newly grown mane primarily as it was described as a pain-free method. Perhaps my pony is too sensitive or his hair is too thick. .. Followed the directions precisely, giving it a thorough brush and comb through first. Still found it tugged more than expected on raking.
