Saki-Hikari Balance Fish Food is a high quality food which is ideal for championship grade or potential Koi. Due to is unique blend of the finest protein, carbohydrates, amino acids and fats, it promotes growth, health and desirable form. It also includes a strain of Bacillus bacteria called Hikari-Germ.
All championship grade Koi or Koi with championship potential.
Feed when the water temperature is 11°C or above.
Feed the amount your fish will consume within a few minutes, based on your water temperature, pond condition and the activity level of your fish. Care should be taken to avoid over-feeding and always remove any uneaten food after the feeding period.

I used this fish food for a long time, then went on to a cheaper product after some bad advise. I reverted back to Saki Hikari again after I noticed a lot more waste in the pond...great product and worth the extra cost as you don't have to have your pond cleaned out as often.
