Royal Canin Urinary U/C UUC 18 Low Purine Dog Food is used for management of recurrent metabolic uroliths (urate, xanthine or cystine). As a maintenance diet (particularly indicated in breeds with a high risk of metabolic uroliths, e.g. Dalmatians) and as a supportive diet for dogs with leishmaniasis undergoing treatment with xanthine oxidase inhibitors (e.g. allopurinol).
