Hello,

I buy his boots for my kid who loves to climb and jump everywhere.

They are great, easy to put on, do not get hot, light and protect very well.

I am delighted.

Thank you.

Yes really nice product that naturally stands up on the leg so doesnt need to be tight which is very important. They are very effective at keeping the mud off even in 6 inch puddles of mud we have had here. It is a good idea not to leave them on form more than a night at a time incase heating occurs in otherwise full turn out horses. Top product in this category as far as I am concerned and easy to wash in a machine wash and dry too. :)

Protection for healing wound

Helen Bailey

Would these leg wraps be suitable to fit over a healing wound to the lower leg?

  • VioVet Staff

I tend not to recommend turning horses with wounds out with wraps like this on. Whilst they can work well in some cases more often than not they rub and do more harm than good. Depending on the severity of the wound you would ideally keep the horse stabled until it has healed or for a minor wound apply a barrier cream such as Equisalve, Lincoln Green Gel or even just vaseline.

Turnout wraps

Kelly

It doesn't say how many turnout wraps you get is it a pair or is that for 4.

  • VioVet Staff

Hi Kelly,

Thank you for the question.

The leg wraps come in pairs, not fours.

I hope this helps.
