This is not a stretch tie at all. It is a piece of normal rope.
In addition the quick release clips are on both ends, not just on the one that attaches to the wall. This makes it super inconvenient to swap on to the horse's head collar quickly and safely on the lorry.
Plastic cover seems to make it look even cheaper.
I wish I hadn't tried to save a couple of quid and had just bought a normal trailer tie!
