Oxycare tablets contain the antibiotic oxytetracycline. This is a very broad spectrum antibiotic used against a wide range of bacterial and protozoal infections. It is normally dosed 2 or 3 times per day, and can sometimes be used for long periods of time. It is one of the most economical antibiotics available.
