Natural Science Vitamin C supplement is a hay-based, high-fiber supplement containing the essential stabilized vitamin C that guinea pigs need, and other animals benefit from during times of stress, illness or recovery.
Feeding a tablet guarantees that pets receive the entire guaranteed amount of the supplement necessary for optimum health. Supplements lose their potency when added to water. Animals may refuse or reduce the amount of water due to the taste of a water soluble supplement, which may lead to other health problems as well. Feeding a tablet, on the other hand, lets pet owners take the guesswork out of supplements.

Seems a good product. Bought as recommended by a cavy rescue establishment. Most of my piggies will queue up to take the biscuit and run off to eat it in private.
Note the product comes in a resealable pouch, not a bottle/jar as pictured on the website.

All my pigs love these but I can't help but think they are really helping my old pig in particular. My pigs have been on these for about 10 months and my old girl is like a spring chicken on them! They go nuts when I shake the tub and LOVE them. I do think the price is slightly steep but I'm ordering from Viovet for the first time today (usually use a different online company) because Viovets price is the best right now. I do think it's worth the money for the (hopefully) lesser chance of pricey vets bills down the line.
