I have been feeding Nutriment to my dog for over 5 years and she loves it. She has a glossy coat, clean teeth and firm poos and I am convinced that this is due to her diet.
If you are feeding raw you need to make sure you get the right balance of nutrients and this can be hard if you are mixing your own foods. Nutriment's complete meals take the worry out of that.

My lab weighs 23kg his 7 months old he has been on salmon dry food since he was born I am just wondering how much should I give him of this twice a day ? And can I just switch straight to raw food or how does it work I’m confused tbh
Your labrador still classes as a puppy at 7 months of age so it is recommended to use the Nutriment Puppy formula. The feeding guide for this can be found on the product page itself.
You should transition any diet slowly, especially raw diets as your dog will likely not have the enzymes to break down the food in large enough quantities initially. Give 10% raw and 90% of the previous diet, then slowly build this until 100% raw by the end of a 5 to 7 day period.

A full grown adult
dog should be fed around 2-3% of the dog's ideal body weight per day,
ideally spread over two meals. This means your 32kg dog will need 640g to 960g of food over 24 hours, which equals 320g to 480g per meal twice daily.
