Nobivac Vaccination Injections

Nobivac vaccines are produced by MSD and are amongst the most successful vaccines produced for animals available in the UK. We supply Nobivac injections for dogs and cats to prevent the major viral diseases which they are prone to. Dogs are given a course of 2 injections initially, 2 to 4 weeks apart. Puppies can have their first injection from 6 weeks old. The second injection can be given from 10 weeks of age. Normally a single injection is given once every one to three years throughout life to maintain adequate immune levels. Diseases covered for dogs are Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvo virus, Leptospirosis and Parainfluenza virus.

For cats, we supply vaccines to protect against "Cat flu", Infectious Enteritis, Bordetella, Chlamydia and Leukaemia virus. These are normally given initially as a course of two injections, three weeks apart, from 9 weeks of age. A single injection once a year is then advised to help maintain adequate immunity.

Vets will recommend slightly different vaccination regimes for different animals, depending on the disease risks they face. All vaccines are prescription-only and need to be supplied and given according to the vets instructions.
