Nuggest look and smell good and my pup loves them.
However on arrival despite the fact that there was quite a large quantity of frozen items in the pack the nuggets were partly defrosted. I would say that the paper insulation is totally inadequate. Viovet need to address this.
This will definitely influence whether or not I re-order.

Having ordered near to Christmas I was delighted the order was delivered so quickly along with my other items . However im sadly disappointed that the frozen raw nuggets were mostly defrosted despite having been enclosed in a refrigerated bag. these were delivered early morning and I was able to put them straight into my freezer to freeze again . Thankfully my puppy hasn't had any ill effects and absolutely loves them .He is in lovely condition . perhaps Viovet could think of a better packaging for delivery ? am only marking down due to not being frozen enough.

Ive got a Staffordshire Bull Terrier and she cant get enough of this food even at 11wks she goes round in circles with excitement for it

We are collecting a Patterdale terrier puppy in 3 weeks who is currently being weaned on food of 90% mince chicken and 10 % bone. Would it be OK to move her straight to this food even though the ingredients are slightly different to the current food. We are also planning to introduce kibbles gradually and are not sure whether they should be mixed in with the mince or served as a separate meal. Thank you.
Ideally you should continue exactly the same diet for the first few days that you have obtained your pup. The stress of the move can cause some soft stools/diarrhoea anyway and so keeping the feed the same avoids any extra dietary contributions to this.
If your pup is not being fed on a branded complete puppy diet though then it will be impossible to mimic the current diet, and it is advised to move onto a complete diet. So giving a new feed which contains similar ingredients is a good compromise.
If the diet is cooked then find a branded complete chicken based puppy diet. If raw then this Natures Menu Frozen Nugget chicken based diet would be suitable.
Regarding transitioning, you should do this slowly. Start with 10% of the new kibble diet with 90% of the old raw diet. Then over 5 to 7 days slowly transition to 100% of the new diet. It is advised to use a kibble diet of similar proteins to the current diet, i.e. chicken based.
