This review is for the 6.5kg pack. Not like the stock image but actually comes in a big open bag within a regular unbranded cardboard box and therefore not airtight before opening.
Upon opening the box, it was apparent that the bag had split and cookie dust was everywhere. The cookies had to be transferred and placed into own bags and boxes. What was left in the split bag must've been about 2kg of cookie dust! I weighed the cookies and luckily it was still just about 6.5kg so I guess you could say the extra cookie hay dust was free?!
However, I don't think that excuses this disappointing product. I've bought the smaller 1kg boxes before and have been happy with them each time. I therefore would go back to that again rather than this 6.5kg version.

I bought this product to enable my rabbits to get more hay in their diet and they love it. Might take a fewer days to chew it all but they always eat it.

Bought bigger box but ended up with half a kilo of loose hay and dust at bottom of box.. Despite this bunnies always love a hay cookie.
