Purchased these for our newly rescued Miniature Poodle who came on heat a few weeks ago. We purchased the small size for our Toy Poodle a couple of years ago, and they were just great, hence we purchased this medium size. These really work , so in our experience forget the anti mate spray and the pills, get yer hands on these instead. BUT, they do not come with any spare pads, which is not at all good, so don't forget to order spare pads at the time that you order these.
