55 Sleepless nights no morw

My vet prescribed Circadian for my 11year olds night disturbances but at £30 per week I needed to find a more affordable replacement, which was just as effective. This product which is 1mg stronger than the Curcadin and is just as effective and a quarter of the prescribed men's.

55 works well for my dog who is restless at night
Verified Purchase

By Suzanne Churchill on 20 December 2018

My dog has developed night time senility (sundowners syndrome), pacing and panting etc. this product works well - however it works immediately (for her) and for about 5/6 hours, so timing is everything- i.e. I have to give it to her around 11p.m-making sure she has had her Last Wee Wees beforehand! Her restless symptoms start before this, so I give her a piriton which makes her sleepyish at 5p.m. it is worth experimenting with the times as I think it would be good for dogs on firework night etc. perhaps do a 'practise' run first-as it isn't going to work if your dog is already in panic mode. The dose is one tablet per dog, half doesn't work, I've discovered. It is a nobbily big tablet, so I break it in half and give it to my dog in 2 blobs of shiphams chicken pate- It doesn't seem to have much taste, so could be crumbled in food I would imagine. At last-we are both getting some sleep! At the price for two months supply I think it is good value. or you could simply keep it in for stressful times like firework night.

Does the job, vet recommend this for my dog who has been diagnosed with dementia. When she is aggitated or panicking, we give her one of these tablets and it calms her down.

55 alopecia sufferers - manly blue and honey coloured pooches

I don't know if my boys bald patches are due to nerves. He's now in his third and final home (over 5 yrs now) but is a wee bit nervous about random abstract things. I'd gone through many expensive tests at the vets but we'd got to the stage of putting him under to take a skin graft to send off for analysis. He doesn't suffer, isn't troubled or fells uncomfortable with his follicle challenge so have not pursued the issue. Then I met someone who said 'of course he's a blue boy and prone to this ........' from research i've tried a few but these are just wonderful and he loves taking them and becomes a bit of a hairy bear!! Marvelous

Have an elderly dog who was having problems with settling at nighttime. She would get very agitated&pace the floor & nothing you could do would settle her. She was fine during the day. Within 10 days of starting this product she now sleeps through the night.
