15 Ridiculously small

I bought this jacket 8-9 for my daughter who is 8. Mark Todd have obviously designed this around a very small child, really tight on the body and sleeves really short, looks ridiculous! I bought matching Mark Todd jodhpurs from a different company and again absolutely ridiculous size, nowhere near an 8 year old!
