No dated sticker on brush

I bought 1 of these brushes a few days ago and it didn't have the dated sticker on it, that all of the brushes should have on them. Is there any reason why that is? Because I'm worried it's not the correct brush. I tried to email your customer support twice, but haven't had a reply yet.

I am not sure that there is ever a date sticker on these brushes. The KBF99 element of the brush is a permanent coating and does not have a use-by or best-before date. I have just checked and we do not have any of these brushes in stock at the moment so I cannot look at any, but I can say that we always buy them from a major wholesaler and then just sell them exactly as they arrive with us.

I have checked and the body brush and curry comb you ordered from us on 19th February were not in stock at the time. They were delivered to us on Monday 22nd February (next working day) and then sent to you on 23rd February. I do not know how much stock our wholesaler keeps of these items, but I do not think they keep large stocks so they would be unlikely to have held them for very long. Essentially I think that will be good for you to use and I would not be concerned about them being old in some way, but I am not aware of any date stickers being used with these items at all. (We certainly would not remove them if there were any! We always follow date guidelines carefully because we sell a lot of dated medication.)
