If you think your cat is overweight, you should speak to your vet before starting a weight reduction programme. Too rapid a loss can be dangerous for your cat so it is important to weigh your cat regularly to ensure that weekly weight loss is no higher than the maximum given in the table below. Our feeding guide is worked out for the average cat of the weight shown but your cat could differ substantially from average - requirements vary considerably between cats of the same weight. The predicted weight loss is based on a 15% reduction in calorie intake from the level necessary to maintain current weight. If your cat fails to lose weight, you should consult a vet.

Below are some recent questions we've received regarding James Wellbeloved Senior Turkey Cat Food, including answers from our team.
Eve
What size are the meat chunks in this wet food?
Hello Eve,
Thank you for your question.
The chunks are slightly smaller than the adult cat pouches to be more suited to a senior cat's needs.
Hope this helps.
Kirsty Holmes
I know the lamb is hypo allergenic but is this turkey version as our cat is very sensitive and being grain free isn't enough?
Hi Kirsty
Thanks for your question.
According to James Wellbeloved, this food is "a complete dry food with the bonus that it is hypo-allergenic. With selected protein source (turkey), it is a dietetic food, excellent for the reduction of ingredient and nutrient intolerances."
