I can't see the measurements listed anywhere for this collar. What are the length and width measurents for extra small and small so I can work out which one my dog would need?

Collar sizes:
Extra small: Width: 1.5cm Neck size: 21 to 30cm
Small: Width: 1.5cm Neck size: 27 to 37cm
Medium: Width: 2.5cm Neck size: 34 to 49cm
Large: Width: 2.5cm Neck size: 45 to 68cm.
