Joint supplement

Mandy Lowe

I have a small jumping pony 13 hands he comes out of his stable quite stiff in the morning wondered what would be best for him Thank you

  • VioVet Staff

There are a huge number of products designed to help horses with stiff joints. Most of these contain glucosamine and a variety of other compounds, but you can find them in the section of the website for Horse Joint Car. I would try Seraquin or Cosequin probably.

Feeding with other supplements

sam

Hello. can I feed the omega d oil and garlic and more together? will the ingredients compliment each other? regards

  • VioVet Staff

It is perfectly OK to mix oil and garlic supplements. Others can usually be mixed, but it depends what you have in mind. Some of the more powerful and unusual herbal supplements, or vitamin supplements, can potentially have unexpected complications if mixed together, though this is rare in practice.
