I purchased this product for the first time, as the product I normaly buy from another sauce was out of stock, this has Hawthorn & Dandilion in it wich helps reduce fluid build up, this in turn helps the vital organs, and although it can not cure my dog who is nearly 14 years old, it gives him a better quality of life, i find he can breath easier, go for small walks and have a better appitite, all in all he is a happy dog. he has not been on this product for long, so i am mointoring it, and will give another review in a few weeks, when i can see the results against the other product i used before, but it seems to be working well.
