Description

Prescription Diet z/d Cat food is formulated to reduce skin & digestive signs from food intolerances. It was developed by Hill’s nutritionists and veterinarians. This food is formulated to promote an environment that makes it difficult for struvite and calcium oxalate crystals to form. It also has clinically proven antioxidants to help support a healthy immune system.

Please consult your veterinarian for further information on how Prescription Diet foods can help your cat continue to enjoy a happy and active life.
Food sensitivities are so frustrating, z/d is made with a very tasty hydrolyzed animal protein designed to be gentle and avoid detection by the cat's immune system, helping your cat feel better.

Please note - for customers who have previously fed this diet prior to the inclusion of ActivBiome technology, it is recommended you transition your pet to the upgraded formula over a 7 day period. Please consult your vet for any additional information.

25 The product was not of the expected quality

I ordered this product from viovet as it was out of stock at the vet. Everything looks the same but when I opened the cans I realised was slightly different, dryer then expected and when I break it down it looks less wet and more powdery also the cats don't want to eat it and the smell is slightly different. Not happy with the product from viovet but happy with the same product from the vet. I tried to give the cats few cans but they just don't eat it.

55 Perfect for my oriental cat with IBD

My much beloved cat was diagnosed with IBD & this is the only food that he seems to be able to tolerate . He has both the tinned variety and the biscuits. I mash the tinned meat with a fork and a little cold water to make it softer for him to eat. He also maintains his weight & thankfully hasn’t had a flare up. Well worth a try if your cat has IBD. Mao has been on it for over a year.

This product was nothing like it is normally when I have bought it elsewhere. The texture was powdery and it crumbled not like normal. My cat would not eat it. I tried sending you an email but got no response although I was asked to complete this review. A bed experience all round.
