Started using recently. Appears to work quickly, no apparent problems with birds. Birds released back to wild and no recurrence observed . Tablet too big for birds with large lesions to throat so broke in half. Still appeared to work OK.

Below are some recent questions we've received regarding Harkers Treatment of Trichomoiasis Harkanker for Pigeons, including answers from our team.
Birds
I use a little of this in my garden bird water bowl as pigeons and chaffinches sporadically go down with trichomoniasis, and I want to protect everyone and keep the water sterile (it gets changed regularly too).
I want to triple check it's safe to do so for all species (Tits, Sparrows, Robin and Blackbird).
This product may be safe for use in other birds but it is only licensed for use in pigeons. I cannot advise it's use off license so unfortunately cannot definitely say it is safe for use in your garden birds. I recommend discussing this with your local avian vet who can advise on off label useage.
