The traditional formula is a great help if your horse is in discomfort and needs extra nutrition after a period of difficulty with their sensitive laminae. It is also an effective relaxing mix that helps horses chill out when subjected to box rest, and provides extra Biotin for good horn production.

Tendons within the hoof

Romy Edwards

My horse has recently been diagnosed with damaged tendons within the hoof; I wasn't sure as to go on and try 'rebuilder' or not? As I already have him on 'MSM Pure' by Global Herbs, any suggestions?

  • VioVet Staff

The Rebuilder product might be of benefit for your horse, but since it is not a scientifically tested medication, it is not possible to say for certain. It is likely to be as good as anything, assuming your horse is on a good, balanced diet in the first place.
