Formerly known as Thoroughbred Calmer HerbalCalm is an effective, magnesium-free calming supplement. As well as encouraging calm behaviour, this premium blend offers muscle support, help to enhance stamina and reduce over-excitement. The mix of Amla Berry, Holy Basil and Winter Cherry provide a strong antioxidant action which helps to support a healthy immune system. Suitable for all horses and ponies.

Feed 2 x 25ml level scoops twice daily for an average 500kg horse. Reduce to half this amount for maintenance levels. HerbalCalm can be fed throughout the year.

I have tried calmers in the past which seem to have little impact, but this really seems to have worked. I just wanted a product to take the edge off anxiety and after a week my gelding is definitely calmer. It has not negatively impacted his work and he finds the product palatable. Would recommend.

Iāve used this for a year on my very sensitive, anxious Irish Draught. I noticed a difference in about 2 weeks once Iād started using this product. A year on his nerves are all but gone, heās calm in the stable, out hacking and around new people. Hard to believe heās the same horse.
I love that there are no nasties or drugs in this calmer. Itās cost effective on the maintenance dose (the horse is 17h and a tank so I suspect a smaller horse would be just fine below the maintenance dose). Most calmers seem to be based around magnesium, which doesnāt work so effectively if your horse doesnāt have a magnesium deficiency - this product isnāt and it works wonderfully.

Very strong smelling and taste at full dose so fed at maintenance level. Seems to work well so far and will buy it again. I really like the fact it doesn't have magnesium in it.
