Worked well at first with a very small 3kg dog but now the control clip jams all the time which is dangerous as can’t retract it easily or loosen. Returning the lead.

The lead doesn't always run smoothly when retracting or pulling out. Sometimes get twisted on the little item designed to make it run smoothly. Otherwise once I got used to the different feel of the handle it is comfortable to hold.

It is an improved version of the previous flexi lead because the whole lead is tape a d retracts very easily.
