Evolution Aqua Pure Pond Bomb is a fast acting, intensive pond treatment which, with its friendly bacteria and enzymes, clean up organic waste and break down ammonia and nitrate, leaving the pond crystal clear.
This concentrated version of Pure Pond can be put into the filter or straight into the pond, and is ideal for use in ornamental ponds, koi ponds, water features or ponds which do not have conventional filtration. Each single Pond Bomb treats any sized pond up to 20,000 litres. Treatment can be repeated as required.
How to use?
Simply drop the Pure Pond Bomb into your pond filter or directly into the water. Pure Pond Bomb can also be used when starting up a new filter, as the high concentration of bacteria will help to remove the harmful ammonia and nitrite, allowing the filter media to mature. Just drop the Pure Pond Bomb into the biological stage of your filter.

Does the bomb naturally dissolve in the water or should it be split open?

Thank you for your query.
You can pop the Pure Pond Bomb directly into the water as the special bacteria and enzymes will dissolve and tackle the harmful ammonia and nitrates within the water and filter.

How much pure pond bomb do I need for 4000 gallons of water
One bomb should be enough to treat a pond of up to 4,350 gallons, so a single bomb should do your pond very well. (You cannot "over-dose", so do not worry about that.)
