We have received this product before and have always been completely satisfied with it. The product was fine, but the packaging was very bad this product arrived at my premises and the Purepond balls where all loose in the packaging, thus allowing them to be completely crushed during transit. The lids on the containers had sprung off allowing the contents to run free. These lids should always be taped on for security reasons

I've recently bought this pond cleaner to go into my duck pond. I was reading the instructions and it says for the product to be put into a filter or a filter bag. As I don't have a filter is there anyway I can still use it?
You can still use this product. You need to aim to distribute the product through the water of your pond as evenly as you can. You can just add a little to a bucket of pond water, mix it in, then tip this into your pond. Do this repeatedly adding it to different parts of the pool. The active bacteria will gradually coat many of the surfaces in the pond and will work to keep the water healthy from there.
