My 12 year-old Lab has problem skin that's been very difficult to treat. It's likely to be a dust mite allergy but he often gets flare ups with nasty, raw 'hot spots' all over. Following a bath with Allermyl shampoo, this spray - which I liberally use after rinsing (I never dry him with a dryer) - is FABULOUS! It clearly soothes the skin and leaves even the most dry or inflammed patches hydrated and visibly less irritated. Couldn't be without it!

Our vet recommended this as our Yorkie has sensitive skin. We found we could buy exactly the same product from VioVet a lot cheaper than the vet charged us. It definitely works for our dog and we use it every time he has a wash.

My dog suffers from very dry flaky skin all over her back and thighs. She suffers from genetic slope is with hair loss. The Ermidra spray really works and moisturises and softens the skin condition. Sweet scented too and the dog is so much happier. Good product!

Purchased the Spray to alleviate some of the symptoms of a stray cat that had developed severe skin reactions shortly after being taken in (several severe food allergies for which he is receiving vet treatment).
This may or may not work, we opted not to use it.
Given his skin is really itchy he grooms a lot and this product smells not just a little, but extremely strong! The smell could be pleasant enough (baby powder?) but is extremely overpowering, so much so that it is a little sickening. The box it was delivered in still smelled of it several days later and where it touched my hands they still smelled several washes later also. Cats are extremely sensitive to smell and whilst I can only assume that this is non-toxic to cats we were not comfortable dousing him in a cloud of artificial and entirely unnecessary perfumes, not least because he would have licked it all off as part of his grooming routine.
I am aware that some people like for their pets to smell like baby powder, and there are many grooming products around for that, however we ordered this to help a cat with severe sensitivities and it is entirely beyond me why a spray sold for sensitive and irritated skin has to smell like something from a "pampered pooch boutique"...
We are now using plant glycerine, aloe vera gel and omega 3and 6 oils (all food grade) instead and bath him with colloidal oats.
As it is the spray will either be tossed or possibly used as a car seat freshener (in very small doses).
Side note: the packaging states that the product is harmful to aquatic life, sadly the website failed to mention this!
