When is this product best fed...am or pm?
Any time of day is fine. It will be easiest to give coinciding with your horse's concentrate feed, mixed in.

This product is designed with COPD and similar conditions in mind. It is believed to be a mild help in the average case. Being a herbal product it has not been scientifically evaluated and so the degree to which it helps and the type of horse/condition which shows the best response is not clear. It is safe to try it and then you have to assess the effect for yourself. Always combine any treatment with diligent efforts to reduce the amount of dust your horse can inhale, especially from hay or straw. Spending as much time as possible outside is great. Choose different bedding (or rubber matting ideally) and soak hay if it is offered.
