Delivery of temperature controlled items

Some products, such as insulin and frozen food, need to be delivered in insulated packaging to prevent them from getting too warm (or too cold) during transit from us to you. Purchasing any of these items in your order will result in a £1.99 charge being added to the total to cover the high cost of the insulated packaging materials. You only pay the £1.99 once per order, regardless of how many temperature controlled items you purchase in that order.

How to use product

Emma

Hi, My gelding had conjunctivitis about 3 years ago caused by flies in the summer. He will not keep any form of fly mask/fringe on for more than 24 hours, and upon consultation with his vet, I use a fly collar and the summer fly cream on his face. Could this cream be used on the face? the summer fly cream I use has no evident smell so doesn't bother my boy, but makes him go green?! Thanks in advance.

The Equimins Fly Repellent Gel can be used on the face, and should be applied sparingly by direct action to the coat at a rate of approximately 15g per square metre of coat, but it is very important to avoid the eyes, muzzle, and other sensitive areas. The gel can be applied with a cloth, sponge or a soft brush, and as with any new product, it is very important to try the gel on a small area first, just in case your horse has an adverse reaction, however no evidence of any allergic reactions was seen in the trials of the gel.
