Dodson & Horrell Joint Support is a nutritional support supplement to aid in the strength of your horse's musculo-skeletal system. Although of particular benefit to performance horses and older horses, this supplement is ideal for all types of horses and ponies. It can be used to help maintain healthy joints in horses as well as a preventative measure for horses which have particularly high joint stress due to their workload.
Feed 6g/100kg bodyweight per day to horses and ponies.
Joint Support can be fed at double the recommended amounts for the first four weeks if required.

When Dodson & Horrell Joint Support for Horses and when Dodson & Horrell Mobility for Horses is recommended.
My horse is 18year old, riding dressage (M class); she had a 1 year break due to front leg lameness. Currently, in moderate training, with ambitions for more (i.e. M class contest).
Joint support contains glucosamine and MSM so is indicated to help maintain healthy joint surfaces. The mobility contains natural anti-inflammatories but won't provide the same protection to the joint that in theory joint support does. Also devils claw is contained in the mobility which is prohibited under competition rules. It depends what effect you want. It would however be safe to use both together if you require the effects of both.
