This is a good all round antibiotic. Have used it on my bantams. Sparingly. for respiratory issues. Easist way I have found to medicate a chickens (if not required to medicate the whole flock) is to soak a peice of bread in the required amount (of any) medication roll into a small pea sized ball, open beak and pop it in.

How long must eggs be withdrawn when my hens are on this medication?
The withdrawal period for this medication as per the datasheet are as follows:
Pigs: 2 days
Chickens: 2 days
Eggs: Zero
Turkeys: 5 days

Legally this is classed as POM-V so you need a written prescription from your vet to buy it. We then need to receive a copy (or original) of the prescription before we can post it to you.
