Nice easy to use product with well marked doses too. Being slightly cheaper too has certainly helped the budget.

Good product. Bought and used as a precautionary measure rather than to actually treat fly strike on the sheep. I only have a small flock to treat so best value for money on that front!
No noticeable side effects. Generally very impressed

Below are some recent questions we've received regarding Spotinor Spot-on for Cattle & Sheep, including answers from our team.
Sue
Once opened is there an expiry date, when the rest of the product needs to be used by
The datasheet states the following:
Shelf-life after first opening the immediate packaging: 6 months
This means if stored at the recommended datasheet conditions then the product will keep for up to 6 months after opening, or until the product expiry date if this is sooner.

can this be used on horses
This product is licensed for use on cattle/sheep only so I cannot advise it's use on horses. I recommend using a horse licensed lice treatment such as Deosect instead.
Brian Hoey
will spotinor pour on keep ticks away
Yes this product is licensed to prevent against ticks on sheep/lambs for up to 6 weeks after application.

One of my Golden Guernsay goats appears to have lice. I am having difficulty finding a product which even mentions goats!
Would this be safe? Or could you recommend an alternative?
Thanks
There are very few products that are actually licensed for goats. Spotinor should be fine to use or Zoetis Spot On Insecticide. However because neither are licensed for goats you will unfortunately need a prescription from your vet but we will be happy to supply you with it once you have a prescription. You could also speak to your vet about an injection of Dectomax which can be used to treat lice and mites in goats.
