Description

Suitable for cats and dogs, Coatex Medicated Shampoo is a quality shampoo suitable for use on common dermatological complaints including flaky/greasy skin, poor coat quality and dermatitis. Using a unique formulation that boasts superb comprehensiveness, Coatex Medicated Shampoo contains all the vital active ingredients for safe and reliable results. Boasting both antibacterial and anti-fungal action, Coatex Medicated Shampoo is very effective at removing scales and crusts but still gentle enough for frequent use.

Coatex Aloe + Oatmeal

Ideal for cats and dogs with sensitive skin, Coatex Aloe and Oatmeal Shampoo uses a traditional formula of natural ingredients to create a soothing and nourishing shampoo that conditions and cleanses. The beneficial properties of Aloe Vera are well documented and include soothing and calming inflamed skin. Suitable for all breeds, Coatex Aloe and Oatmeal Shampoo provides detangling action and is suitable for the removal of puppy scale. Coatex Aloe and Oatmeal Shampoo does not strip the coat or skin of essential oils but gently cleans and refreshes coats and is suitable for weekly use as part of a grooming maintenance regime.

Ingredients

Aqua Sodium C14-16, Olefin Sulphonate, Glycerine Lauramide, DEA Lactic Acid, Fragrance Polyquaternium and 10 Sodium Hydroxymethylglycinate.

Can be applied after use of a medicated shampoo to improve healing and coat condition.

Coatex Capsules/Liquid Pumps

Many essential nutrients have to be supplemented by diet as the animal itself is incapable of producing them. One such group is known as Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs). When dogs or cats are EFA deficient this can cause problems such as dry, scaly or itchy skin resulting in the associated problems. Coatex therefore provides these EFAs.

My dog has recently come out with scabs along his back and sides .He is on Lily's fishy fish pie with a spoon (5ml) of bionic biotec ,he also suffers from ear infections for the past 5 years that the vets haven't been able to cure we have recently used trizaural along with otomax ear drop suspension and this appears to have worked also started to bath him in Coatex aloe &oatmeal and this seems to work
Can you please help the dog is a 8year old labradoodle

Coatex might well be good for his skin so I would continue with that. The spots are likely to be a reaction to something or possibly a sign of infection. Your vet should take a look at them if possible. You might find that trying an exclusion diet would help to identify an underlying allergic response to some sort of food item, so it would be worth talking to your vet about that. We sell lots of suitable diets and they can make a huge difference, but it would be best to check with your vet first.
