Hi I assume ok to use with yumove? Thanks

This should be fine to use with Yumove.

There have not actually been any proper scientific tests to demonstrate that this is safe, but from our knowledge of the ingredients we would certainly not expect an adverse interaction and the anecdotal evidence is positive.

can I give this with Metacam, which my 14yr lab is on for spondylosis in spine.

The active element(s) in Devil's Claw are not adequately researched to be able to answer your question with absolute certainty. Some people believe that it has an anti-inflammatory effect which theoretically could result in an adverse reaction if combined with an NSAID such as Metacam. Personally I suspect it would be safe because reactions like this are not reported, but it is difficult to know. The safest option would be to use instead a product like Yumove, which has different ingredients which are very widely combined safely with NSAIDs including Metacam.
