They definitely use it, but not a lot. They tend to climb over or around it, and I hardly see them in it. But when they're in it, they seem content. One of my boys decided to turn it into their nest.

I like how you can position the toy in few different ways to make things more interesting for your pet. My mice enjoying climbing on and hiding in this one. Only downfall is, like all toys made with unsealed wood, it's harder to clean but a pet-safe sealant would fix that.

It wasn't in the best quality when I opened the package. My previous hamster Bounty loved it anyways so overall it's a great product.

This is an amazing hamster toy. My little dwarf hamster enjoys running trough all the holes, and it looks great!
