Battles Black Fluid is a practical and effective disinfectant for general outdoor use, great for use on the farm or in farming environments with a sheer black colour for noticing where the product has been applied. Available in varying sizes depending on the area size you are wanting to cover.
Directions for use:
In stables, kennels and animal houses:
In the proportion of one part of this preparation to 300 parts water. Wash or spray the area, leave for a short while and then rinse well and dry the area. Ventilate well before returning the animals.
Poultry Houses:
To avoid the risk of chlorophenol taint in eggs and egg packaging this product should not be used where eggs or packaging are handled or stored.
You should carefully read all the information on the packaging and labels prior to use.

Having been raised by a former Hospital Matron of the old school, but often well versed in the modern approaches to nursing care. It was interesting to hold discussions at our dining table with my late Father, who was a PhD microbiologist. Naturally domestic hygiene of the home was considered essential & understood clearly by both parents from the proven scientific standpoint. Now to explain a well known fact, coal tar cleaning based products kill one specific region of the scale of known germs, et cetera. Whilst lime based cleaning products (Bleach or Eusol) kills the other end of the same scale of nasty germs. There IS some overlap in the middle though. If you get worried about anything TRULY HEAVY a bio-security threat. Then you cannot do more good,than switch back to the most basic of regimes, where you clean with a solution of one product, then once dried out, hit the same place with a second solution of the other product. If things don't improve, resort to steam as a final measure. It is always better to let everything dry with fresh, good old fashioned exterior air! Many other people may want to accept that new supposedly perfect, if sophisticated chemical products are the complete salvation of a terrible hygiene problem. But why waste good money, when old fashioned time proven basic cleaners do the same job (for less) more effectively.
You cannot go wrong, when you (wisely) invest you money into this excellent cleaning product. The smell also assures others, that you've made some real effort to ensure such cleanliness!
